Louis Arnold
Louis is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. He attended Ohio University where he met his wife, Crystal. They have been married for 44 years, have two adult children, four grandchildren and many foster children who they helped raise over a ten-year period. Louis and Crystal have been attending Mariemont for 14 years, and he has been an Elder for one year. Louis met Jesus in 1994, became a member of Christ Emmanuel Christian Fellowship where his education into Christ and the Christian faith began and he served as a teacher and minister. Crystal and Louis also served as pre-marriage instructors there. Louis works as a Cincinnati Police Officer assigned to the Community Relations Unit as the Faith Based Liaison Officer working with faith communities across the city as the Police Department seeks to develop strong relationships within the Faith Community. Louis works closely with City Servants, Faith Community Alliance, Mosaix and Race to Unity. Louis loves the Bengals, and Crystal is an amazing artist and art teacher.
Steve Cesler
Steve grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as a young boy, rededicating his life to Jesus when he was 24. Steve and his wife, Judi, have been married for over 40+ years. They have 5 grown children, 4 sons-in-law, and 10 grandchildren. At MC, Judi and Steve lead the new member’s class, and Steve also serves on the teaching team. Steve has served on several ministry, organization, and church boards including The Anthony Munoz Foundation, One City, Sinapis, Kore Foundation, King’s Domain, Call of Love, and as part of the founding team and elder at Hope Church in Mason. He spent 36 years in Sales and General Management with Procter & Gamble, moving 10 times including overseas assignments in Mexico, Argentina, and Switzerland. Steve and Judi also co-founded the Buenos Aires International Christian Academy while living in Argentina. Steve loves golf, and Judi excels in running marathons worldwide.
Tom Dewey
Tom has been a member of MC for more than 41 years. Tom has been married to his wife, Jane, since 1970 and has 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Tom and Jane confessed Jesus as Lord, together, after being invited to a neighborhood Bible Study in 1976. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Tom served in the USAF and was VP of Sales and Marketing for Cincinnati Time Recorder Co. for 12 years. After leaving Time Recorder, he became an owner of The Ohmart Corporation and retired as the Chairman & CEO. Tom has been active in various leadership positions at MCC and leads a Small Group Bible Study. He helped start a Young Life Chapter at a local High School and served on the board of the Salvation Army. Since retirement Tom’s passion is mentoring, coaching, and helping young adults in life, work, and faith. He also works with family businesses as they transfer ownership to the next generation. Jane is very active with dog therapy, where she visits local hospitals and hospice ministering God’s love and peace to the sick and dying. Tom can often be spotted in a bright red Bearcats jacket and spiffy shoes.
