Zeke is MCC's Elder for Discipleship and Mission. Zeke and his wife, Beth, are active locally in small group and one-on-one discipleship, and together do pre-marital counseling. Their MCC Shepherding Group is centered in Anderson Township.
Zeke grew up in Pittsburgh and graduated from Penn State. After six years of commissioned service in the US Army, Zeke joined Procter & Gamble where he spent 23 years in marketing and external affairs, before retiring to engage in non-profit/ministry efforts. Zeke chairs the Southern Africa HIV-AIDS Collaboration, a partnership of 13 North American and South African non-for-profit organizations, businesses and churches pilot-testing an HIV-AIDS prevention program among teens and pre-teens in Orlando East, one of the Soweto Townships in Johannesburg. Zeke is also President of Common Sense Issues, a not-for-profit organization focused on the sanctity of life.
Zeke and Beth have been married for 35 years and have three children and one grandchild. They have been members of MCC for more than 20 years. Zeke has served as an elder for 16 years.
Last year, 34 thousand people and 55 churches went on a journey
together.
